TERMS AND CONDITIONS


You must read and agree to these terms and conditions before you can join "XXX Cyber Land".
Please read them carefully.
1. By enrolling in this service(hereinafter "XXX Cyber Land") you become a three day, one month, three month, six month or twelve month subscription customer("Subscriber"), and agree to be bound by this Agreement("Agreement"). This Agreement is subject to change by "XXX Cyber Land" at any time. Notice to customers shall be made by adding any changes to this "Terms and Conditions" document, which will remain posted at this site. Customers agree to review these "Terms and Conditions" from time to time for changes and updates.
2. The Subscriber is responsible for paying a periodic subscription fee according to the then current billing terms. On expiration of the 3 day trial membership, the Subscriber, upon choosing a subscription period, will be billed an amount equal to the prescribed cost of the entire period of the subscription period selected. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
3.Unless and until this agreement is cancelled in accordance with the terms hereof, the Subscriber hereby authorises "Internet Billing Company, Ltd"(hereinafter IBILL) to charge Subscribers credit card to pay for the ongoing cost of membership. The Subscriber hereby further authorises "IBILL" to charge Subscriber's credit card for any and all purchases of products, services and entertainment provided by "XXX Cyber Land".
4. Customers may not assign or transfer access privileges to any other person or entity. Customers must promptly inform "XXX Cyber Land " of the following changes: changes in the expiration date of any credit card used in connection with this Service; changes in home or billing address; apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorised disclosure or use of an ID or password. Until "XXX Cyber Land" is notified by e-mail of a breach in security, the Customer will remain liable for any unauthorised use of the service. Upon request, Customers will be given access to billing records that support changes for use of the "XXX Cyber Land".
5. Payment for the Services or products purchased may be made by credit card only. Subscribers will be automatically renewed for the original subscription term upon expiration unless "XXX Cyber Land" is notified of cancellation via e-mail or conventional mail(in which case notice is deemed to take place upon "XXX Cyber Land" receiving correspondence from Subscriber) 7 business days prior to expiration. Notification must include full name, user name, password and site name for proper identification.

6. Subscription to this service may be terminated at any time and without cause, by either "XXX Cyber Land" or Subscriber upon notification of the other by e-mail. Notification of cancellation must include full name, user name, password and site name for proper identification. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of their subscription. A subscription will remain active until Subscriber receives e-mail confirmation of the cancellation.
7. All customers are responsible for providing all personal computer and communications equipment necessary to gain access to "XXX Cyber Land". Access to and use of "XXX Cyber Land" is through a combination of user ID and password. Each customer must keep his password strictly confidential. Remember your password! For security reasons, "XXX Cyber Land" will not release passwords for any reason, except as may be specifically required by law or court order. Unauthorised access to the Service is a breach of this Agreement and a violation of law.
8. Any liability of "XXX Cyber Land" including, without limitation, any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, alteration of, or use of records, whether for breach of contract, tortious behaviour, negligence, or under any other cause of action, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by or on behalf of the customer to "XXX Cyber Land" for the proceeding 1 (one) month. The limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, may not be applicable in or may vary in certain states or countries.
9. No warranty is made by "XXX Cyber Land " regarding any information, services, or products provided through or in connection with services and "XXX Cyber Land " hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, including any warranties as to the availability, accuracy, or content of information, products, or services and any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. By joining this site, you agree to be contacted by methods, including, but not limited to, electronic mail etc with special trial offers and membership discount from other sites of this nature. Your membership is an acknowledgement of your agreement and acceptance of this condition.
10. Except for public domain material and electronic messages, all material displayed on this Site is protected by federal copyright and may not be copied, redistributed, or downloaded, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of "XXX Cyber Land".
11. The material on "XXX Cyber Land" is for the private, non-commercial enjoyment of customers only. Any other use is strictly prohibited and is a breach of this Agreement.

12. This Service enables Customers to share information with other customers. Customers agree not to submit, publish or display on this Site any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, threatening, racially offensive, or illegal material. Transmission of material which violates any federal, state, or local law, is strictly prohibited and is a breach of this Agreement.
13. Customers agree not to engage in advertising, or solicitation of other Customers to buy or sell any products or services through this Site without prior written consent. Customers are responsible for information they send, or display through the Site even if a claim should arise after termination of the service.
14. There are no facilities provided by this Service for sending or receiving private or confidential electronic communications. All messages shall be deemed to be readily accessible to the general public. Do not use the Service for any communication for which the sender intends only the sender and the intended recipient/(s) to read. Notice is hereby given that all messages entered into this Service can and may be read by the operators of the Service, whether or not they are the intended recipient/(s). 
15. Notices by "XXX Cyber Land" to Customers shall be given by means of e-mail or by general posting on the Site(which includes the updating of this "Terms and Conditions" document). Notices by Customers to "XXX Cyber Land " shall be given by e-mail unless otherwise specified in the Agreement. Notices to the Provider by Subscribers may be given by e-mail at "[email protected]".

16. The Subscriber is wholly liable for any false disclosures and responsible for ensuring that access to the Service complies with the legislation of its place of access to the Service. Any action that may arise from viewing, reading, or downloading of material and images contained within the Service is the responsibility of the Subscriber and the Subscriber indemnifies the Provider in all respects from any action which may result from the Subscribers access to the Service.
17. The provider is not responsible for any fraudulent access to the Service by the Subscriber or by any person or persons use of the Subscribers credit card facility.
18. Your monthly statement will appear discreetly with the narration "IBILL".
19. The Customer hereby warrants and represents that he or she is over the age of 18 and in all respects is qualified and competent to enter into this Agreement.

20. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Customer and "XXX Cyber Land" regarding the use of the Service, and supersedes all prior written and oral understandings and writings, and may only be amended upon notice by "XXX Cyber Land " to Customers as described herein. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the provisions of this Agreement shall survive its termination.
I, the customer, under penalty of perjury solemnly declare and affirm as follows:
A. I am an adult, being at least 18 years of age.
B. I am not accessing this material to use against the Site operator or any person whomsoever in any conceivable manner.
C. I will not redistribute this material to anyone nor will I permit any minor to see this material, or any other person who might find such material personally offensive.
D. I believe that such material does not offend the standard of the community in which I live.
You must be 18 years of age or older to access "XXX Cyber Land". Misrepresenting your age in order to gain access to this site may be a violation of local, state and federal law. If you are not at least 18 years old, you must disconnect from this Site.
MODEL AGE VERIFICATION
All models are 18 years of age or older. All other rights are retained by copyright to the proprietor.
BE ADVISED

If you provide false or stolen credit card information during this registration process, you may be subject to criminal prosecution under Federal and State Statutes. The penalties defined by these statutes for fraudulent use of credit card accounts include; a fine under these statutes or twice the value obtained by the offense, whichever is greater, or imprisonment for not more than ten years, or both.

Be smart. Be honest. Fraud isn't worth the consequences.
